Revesto is a platform that connects fashion artists, artisans, and independent brands with users seeking unique, ethical, and creative clothing and accessories. It offers a space where creators can showcase and sell their work, and users can discover and purchase distinctive fashion items.

Revesto is a platform intended exclusively for purchases by private individuals (consumers).
Purchases on behalf of companies, professionals, or legal entities are not allowed.

The quantities purchased must reflect normal personal use.
Revesto allows the purchase of only one product at a time, and in single units, in order to protect the artisanal and personalized nature of the items offered.

Billing data and privacy compliance

During the checkout process, Revesto may request the buyer’s full name, address, and tax code, if required for tax purposes.

This information is shared only with the artist from whom the product was purchased, and solely to allow the artist to fulfill their tax obligations, in full compliance with applicable privacy laws and GDPR regulations.

To start using Revesto, you need to create an account. During registration, you’ll be prompted to choose between registering as an Artist or as a User:

  • User: Allows you to browse, purchase items, and request customizations.

  • Artist: Enables you to set up your shop, list products, and manage orders.

Please note that Revesto is intended for users aged 18 and above, as some content may not be suitable for minors.

Buying on Revesto means choosing an authentic, original style, far from the conformity of fast fashion. Each creation is made by independent artists or brands who put passion, care, and identity into every detail.

On Revesto, you can:

  • Send one of your old garments and have it customized by your favorite artists

  • Purchase a unique creation made by an artisan or independent brand

  • Request a tailor-made customization of an existing handcrafted item on the platform

A conscious and creative way to truly stand out.

  1. Choose your artist
    Browse through the profiles of artists on the platform and select the one that best matches your style.

    Click on “Request customization”
    A direct chat with the artist will open, where you can describe the garment you want to transform and send all your requests.

    Share all the details
    The more information you provide, the better the final result will be. From the very beginning, specify:

    • your desired style

    • preferred colors, materials, or techniques

    • any limitations or preferences

    • photos of the garment from all angles, clearly pointing out any defects, and share your inspiration images

    Agree on timelines and expectations
    Ask the artist to define clear delivery times, to avoid misunderstandings.
    You can also request progress updates during the creation process.

    Receive and accept the offer
    Once the project is defined, the artist will send you a personalized proposal, visible in the “Your Orders” section.
    After you complete the payment, you will receive a shipping label by email to send your garment to the artist.

    You have 10 days to ship your package
    Once you receive the label, you have a maximum of 10 days to ship your garment. After this period, the label may no longer be valid and the order may be canceled.

    Shipping costs
    Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the final user and include:

    • Shipping your garment to the artist

    • Return shipping of the customized garment

    You will receive instructions for both shipments in your order area.

    What if you don’t like the final result?
    Customized products are not eligible for return, as established by Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code.
    For this reason, we strongly recommend clearly defining every detail with the artist before confirming the project, to ensure the result meets your expectations.

To ensure the platform’s operation, Revesto retains a 10% commission on the product’s sale price for each transaction.

The price displayed to the user on the platform already includes this commission, ensuring full transparency and no surprises at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price. They are calculated and added at checkout, based on the delivery address and selected shipping options.

This way, buyers always have a clear view of the final cost, and sellers are aware from the start of the platform’s commission on their sales.

1. Sales between private individuals

Most purchases on Revesto take place between private users. In these cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as stated in Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which is valid only in relationships between consumers and professional sellers.

 

2. Custom-made or personalized products

Even when the seller is an independent brand or professional, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the product is custom-made or clearly personalized.
Legal reference: Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code.

“The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.”

3. Sales by independent brands or professionals (non-customized products)

If the product is not personalized and the seller is a registered brand or professional, the user has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

If you change your mind within 48 hours:
You must report the issue directly on the order or email support@revesto.it, including your order reference. In this case, Revesto will issue a full refund, excluding any shipping costs already paid or to be paid, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and unused.

The refund will be processed once the seller receives and verifies the returned item.

What if I want to return the product after 48 hours?
In this case, Revesto can no longer manage the return, as the payment will have already been transferred to the artist.

You will need to arrange the return directly with the artist, and you may be refunded the full amount, minus Revesto’s commission and any shipping costs already paid or to be paid.

4. Damaged or non-conforming products

In any case (whether the sale is between private users or professionals), if you receive a damaged product or one not matching the description, you can report the issue within 14 days of receipt, by providing:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

Our team will review the case and, if necessary, will step in to mediate with the seller.

In this situation, the return and refund costs are fully covered by the artist.

WHERE IS THE REFUND ISSUED?

  • Via the same payment method used at checkout if Revesto is managing the refund and the report was made within 48 hours.

  • Via the original or an alternative method, if the return is handled directly with the artist (i.e., after 48 hours).

In all cases, Revesto may assist in the communication between artist and customer to help both parties reach a fair agreement regarding returns and refunds.


 

Shipments are handled by third-party couriers, such as InPost. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for transportation lies entirely with the courier.

In case of delays, loss, or failed delivery:

  • We recommend checking the tracking code you received via email.

  • For any delivery-related issues (delays, missing packages, damage), please contact the courier’s customer service directly, providing your tracking details.

  • If the issue persists after contacting the courier, you can report the situation to Revesto’s support team. We will do our best to assist you, but Revesto is not responsible for damages or service disruptions caused by the courier.

Revesto uses Stripe, one of the most secure online payment platforms in the world, to handle all transactions safely and in compliance with international standards.

Stripe ensures:

  • Data encryption and secure transactions using TLS technology

  • Compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards

  • Fraud protection through advanced verification and authentication systems

  • No local storage of payment data on Revesto

 

Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay only using the methods supported by Stripe, which include:

  • Credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Prepaid cards enabled for online payments

  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (if available on your device)

During checkout, Stripe will automatically display only the payment methods available in your country and on your device.

Revesto reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or remove a user from the platform in the following cases:

  • Violation of the General Terms of Use or Sale

  • Inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful behavior toward other users or the platform

  • Attempts to bypass Revesto’s payment systems or operational procedures

  • Misuse of the platform, including the submission of offensive, unauthorized, or non-compliant content

In the event of suspension or removal, the user will receive an email notification explaining the reasons for the decision.

Revesto is committed to reviewing any reports or requests for clarification sent to: support@revesto.it

If you wish to leave the Revesto platform, you can request the permanent deletion of your profile in two ways:

  • Directly from the app: go to the User menu and select the option “Delete profile”.

  • By email: contact us at support@revesto.it clearly stating your intention to delete your account.

The deletion process takes 14 business days from the date of the request.

Once completed, the deletion is permanent and irreversible: all your data, products, and content will be permanently erased.

Account deletion is not possible if there are pending orders or active disputes with other users/artists.

We recommend resolving any open issues or orders before proceeding, to ensure a smooth and complete account closure.
