How personalization works

Explore profiles, discover their style, and save your favorites.
2. Send a request
Write to the artist through the PERSONALIZE feature and explain what you want to transform.
3. Define the project together
Materials, interventions, timing, cost.
Every personalization is a creative dialogue.
4. Ship the garment
The artist will send you a quote for the customization. Once accepted and paid
through the MY ORDERS section, you’ll receive the shipping label and send your piece.
5. Follow the process
During the creation phase, you may receive updates on the progress.
6. Receive your transformed garment
A one-of-a-kind piece. Only yours.
