COPYRIGHT AND DATABASE RIGHTS

All content made available through Revesto’s services or found on websites owned or managed by Revesto — including text, graphics, logos, icon buttons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data collections, and software — is the property of Revesto or its suppliers and is protected by national and international copyright and database laws.

It is not permitted to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools to extract (once or repeatedly), or reuse, any substantial part of any of Revesto’s services without express written consent. It is also not permitted to create and/or publish a database that reproduces substantial parts (e.g., prices and product listings) of Revesto’s services without express written consent from Revesto.

TRADEMARKS

Graphics, logos, page headers, icon buttons, fonts, and service marks included or made available through any of the services provided by Revesto are trademarks or distinctive signs of Revesto. Revesto’s trademarks and distinctive signs may not be used in connection with products or services that are not Revesto’s, in a way that could create confusion among customers or in any manner that could denigrate or discredit Revesto.

All other trademarks not owned by Revesto that appear on any of Revesto’s services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Revesto.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You may need a Revesto account to use some services and may be required to log into your account and have a valid payment method associated with it.

ACCOUNT CREATION PROCEDURE

To proceed with the creation of your Revesto account and ensure its security, you must provide your email address and choose a unique and personal username and password. Please note that temporary or fake email addresses are not allowed for the purpose of account registration.

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION DURING ACCOUNT CREATION

Dear customer, during the registration process and at any time, you may be asked to send a copy of an identity document or provide a phone contact, to verify your identity as a buyer and thus prevent potential online fraud. You are free to choose whether to comply with this request. However, Revesto’s decision to proceed with the registration—whether the document is sent or not—is discretionary and cannot be contested.

The submission of documentation will be handled in accordance with the privacy regulations under the GDPR (EU Regulation No. 2016/679).

USER OBLIGATIONS

Our aim is to provide services within a safe, reliable, and secure environment for the entire community of users who access and use the services offered on our website.

By accessing and using the website and services, the user agrees to:

  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as all applicable laws;

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves, and promptly update their account in case of changes (e.g., change of residence and/or shipping address);

  • Keep their login credentials and password confidential, and promptly report any suspected misuse or unauthorized access;

  • Assume full responsibility for the use of data, photographs, or other content uploaded to the Site.

USER PROHIBITIONS

When creating an account and using the Revesto website or services, the user agrees not to:

  • Commit illegal, immoral, or harmful acts against public safety or acts that infringe upon the rights of others (such as the right to privacy, confidential information, or intellectual property);

  • Use external software tools (including, but not limited to, bots, scraping programs, crawlers, spiders) during account registration or while using the Site or Services (e.g., to promote items or add items to favorites), unless such use is expressly authorized or permitted by us;

  • Use external software tools aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Site or Services, or at infecting or damaging other users’ devices;

  • Adapt, copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize any content on the Site without our prior written consent;

  • Perform data mining, screen scraping, crawling, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering any part of the Site;

  • Post content that incites, promotes, or encourages terrorism, racism, historical revisionism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, hate speech, discrimination, human trafficking, organized crime, illegal organizations, self-harm, suicide, torture, animal cruelty, glorification of war crimes, sexual exploitation of minors and/or adults, cults, or other illegal content;

  • Repeatedly delete and repost the same item for sale or bulk upload items with the intent of destabilizing the Site;

  • Collect, hold, or disclose unlawfully obtained information about other users, their content, or activities on the Site, or any published information that could infringe third-party rights;

  • Promote other websites or commercial activities through advertisements on our Site.

These provisions aim to preserve the security and integrity of our Site and the Services offered, in accordance with current regulations and principles of good faith.

If there is an issue processing the charge on your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.

If you use the services offered by Revesto, you are required to keep your account and password confidential and to monitor access to your computer and devices. You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to be held responsible for all activities conducted with your account and password. You agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your password remains secure and confidential and to inform us immediately if you suspect that any third party has gained knowledge of your password, or if your password is or is likely to be used without authorization. You must ensure that the information you provide to us is correct and complete and promptly notify us of any changes. You may access your account information at any time in the “My Account” section of the site.

We reserve the right to deny access to the site and/or the services offered by Revesto, suspend or close an account, remove or modify site content at our discretion, including in the case of violations of applicable law, these General Terms of Use, or relevant guidelines or policies.

As part of our ongoing monitoring of accounts deemed fraudulent, Revesto also reserves the right to temporarily withhold payments resulting from transactions. If payment release is authorized or further information is required, Revesto will notify the seller by email.

If the seller’s account is deemed fraudulent by Revesto, we may delete the account and suspend any payments related to it. Conversely, if the account is not deemed fraudulent by the appropriate fraud prevention authorities and/or Revesto, a new payment order will be issued in favor of the seller.

The seller hereby expressly waives any claim for reimbursement, including interest or any other form of compensation, resulting from the temporary withholding of funds by Revesto in connection with the transaction.

If a user wishes to delete their account, they must send an email to support@revesto.it expressing their intention to delete the account, specifying the account to be deleted in the body of the email. The account will be deleted within 48 business hours from receipt of the email.

The Revesto Marketplace allows free access to the site, but operations can only be carried out after registration. Specifically, on Revesto, two types of users can be created, as described below:

  • User: a user who can purchase products listed for sale on the Revesto marketplace.

  • Artist: an individual who can sell a product or offer product customization services to Users.

Both accounts may be linked to the same email address. However, to purchase a product, the User account must be used, while to sell a product or a customization service, you must access the “Artist” interface, which is available only to those registered as Artists. Depending on the account used, the User or Artist is subject to the contractual terms provided for that specific account type.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

Revesto operates transparently and is actively committed to respecting third-party intellectual property rights. Therefore, if you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that may constitute a violation, we invite you to contact us immediately at: support@revesto.it.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms of Use are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law (with the exception of provisions on conflict of laws). The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the European Union, you may benefit from the additional protections provided by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. As a consumer, you may bring a dispute relating to these General Terms of Use before the courts of the EU Member State in which you reside or are domiciled.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access via this link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Revesto is very attentive to the needs of its customers. Therefore, we kindly invite you to contact us at support@revesto.it before resorting to legal action.

We are ready to resolve everything in the best and fastest way possible.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify the services offered by Revesto, the policies, these General Terms of Use, and the Terms of Service at any time in order to offer new products or services or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be subject to the policies and terms of the General Terms of Use in effect at the time you use the services offered by Revesto. Should any provision of these terms be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

WAIVER

If you breach these General Terms of Use and we do not take action, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to take action for the breach of obligations you have assumed.

MINORS

Products may not be sold to minors on Revesto. Products for children may be sold, but only to adults. If you are under the age of 18, you may use Revesto’s services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

OUR CONTACTS

This website is owned and operated by Svimark S.r.l.

Email: support@revesto.it

We invite you to read these terms carefully before using the services offered by Revesto, as by using these services, you fully accept these terms.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of products and, where applicable, services through the website when Revesto operates as a marketplace (“General Terms of Sale”).

We invite you to carefully read these General Terms of Sale before making any purchase or sale of a product or customization, as by making any purchase/sale, you fully accept these General Terms of Sale.

THE SALES CONTRACT

Revesto is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers and offers complementary services to the sale. For this reason, Revesto is external to the sale transaction, which involves only the seller and the buyer as parties, and assumes no responsibility for the correct execution of the sales contract, the quality of the goods, or for any damage arising from said contract. In this regard, Revesto does not act as a reseller of the products and does not acquire ownership of them at any time. Users operate at all times in their personal capacity, never acting as agents or representatives of Revesto. Revesto is not a party to the sales contract concluded between the buyer and the seller and declines any responsibility in relation to said contract and any consequences that may result from it.

Any quality control activity eventually carried out by Revesto shall have the sole purpose of verifying that the product sold by the seller complies with the description provided in the product listing prepared by the seller. The fact that Revesto may organize or subcontract the delivery of products does not in any way entail that Revesto assumes the role of a party in the contract concluded between the seller and the buyer.

The presentation of products and Services on the website constitutes an invitation to make an offer by the users who use the marketplace as a virtual showcase to offer their products or the customization of products by the seller or the buyer.

Revesto allows only one order to be completed at a time. A summary page of the order will then be displayed, showing the price and delivery options (with related costs). You will be asked to choose your preferred delivery method, shipping, and payment method.

Once the order has been paid by clicking the “Pay Now” button and the payment has been successfully processed, the order shall be deemed confirmed.

Your order shall then be considered as your contractual offer to purchase, directed to the sellers using the Revesto marketplace for the listed products, each considered individually. Upon receipt of your order, we will automatically send you an acknowledgment email indicating the purchased product, the total cost, the selected shipping method, the payment method used, the shipping and billing addresses, and the cost of any additional services related to the sale.

With regard to any discount coupon reserved for affiliated users or offered through temporary promotions, the discount request related to such coupon will be subject to verification of its compliance with the conditions of issuance. As a result, Revesto, following verification of the legitimacy of the discount request, will confirm its validity and determine the final total price in the acceptance email of the purchase offer.

Should any discrepancy arise between the purchased and the delivered product—should the customer believe that they received a product different from the one ordered—the purchase invoice, the tax receipt, or the order confirmation email shall be considered as proof. In any case, any report will be received by the seller, who shall be the sole responsible party against whom any compensation action may be brought. Revesto will make every effort to help the parties resolve the dispute, while always remaining external to the relationship between the seller and the buyer.

COMMISSION FEES AND TAX MANAGEMENT

Revesto is a platform intended for creatives, artisans, and independent artists registered as individuals. The platform does not verify the tax status of individual users nor does it require the entry of a VAT number during registration.

For this reason, the services provided by Revesto (e.g., the commission withheld on sales) are considered, for tax purposes, as services rendered to private individuals. Consequently, Revesto does not issue an invoice for each commission but records these amounts periodically in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

If an artist needs an invoice, they may request one by writing to support@revesto.it, providing their complete tax information.

By accepting these terms of sale, you agree to receive invoices in electronic format. These documents will be sent to the email address you provided, but only if explicitly requested by sending an email to support@revesto.it.

For more information regarding electronic invoices, you may contact our customer support at support@revesto.it.

All orders placed on the site must correspond to normal consumer needs. This requirement applies both to the number of products purchased in a single order and to multiple orders for the same product, even if each order includes a quantity of products consistent with normal consumption needs.

TYPES OF PURCHASE

As previously stated, Revesto is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers and offers complementary services to the sales process.

While browsing Revesto, the User is put in contact with the Artist and may carry out the following actions:

  • Purchase a product from an Artist;

  • Purchase a product already customized by an Artist;

  • Purchase a customization service by the Artist for one of the User’s own products.

In the case of purchasing a customization service, the User must, through the dedicated chat connecting User and Artist, agree on the customization to be carried out, providing the Artist with all necessary information. Once the customization has been defined, the User must click on (send item) and download the shipping label, which must be attached to the shipping box. The User must then proceed with the shipping payment and hand over the parcel, with the attached label, to the courier.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing via chat, the Artist will have 30 days to complete the customization and send the finished product back to the User.

When purchasing a customization service, the User pays both the shipping label for sending the item and the return label at the time of purchase. However, the payment to the Artist is only released by the payment platform once the User has received the customized product and confirmed that it matches the agreed customization.

It remains understood that Revesto is not involved in any matters related to the sale or the customization service. The sale and/or customization involve only the seller and the buyer, and therefore Revesto assumes no responsibility for the correct execution of the sales or customization contract. In the event of a disagreement between the requested and the executed customization, Revesto will attempt to mediate a fair resolution. However, if the parties are unable to reach an amicable solution—even with Revesto’s assistance—Revesto cannot be held liable and may, at most, decide to exclude either the User, the Artist, or both from the marketplace.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF REVESTO

Users acknowledge and agree that, unless expressly stated otherwise regarding the products offered on the website, Revesto acts solely as an intermediary between users. To this end, and without prejudice to specific exceptional cases, Revesto does not act as a reseller of the products and does not acquire legal ownership of the products at any time.

Each user shall act solely in their own name and on their own behalf, never assuming the role of agent or representative of Revesto.

Therefore, Revesto is not a contractual party in the sales agreement concluded between the buyer and the seller and expressly declines any liability arising from such agreement or its possible consequences.

Any quality control carried out by Revesto shall be limited exclusively to verifying that the product conforms to the description provided on the Site and prepared by the seller. Revesto shall not verify whether the product or its description matches the buyer’s expectations. As a result, Revesto does not guarantee that the buyer will be satisfied with the product, either aesthetically, functionally, or practically in terms of use.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the seller to respond to any request or complaint relating to the products they have listed, their description, or the user comments on the relevant product page, as well as to the shipping and delivery of said products (whether in a sale or a return). Any claim or complaint of this nature must be addressed to the seller, who shall remain solely responsible for handling the relevant products.

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION DURING ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Dear customer, as stated above, orders will remain pending until Revesto has confirmed receipt of payment and, in the case of personalization, until the artist has accepted the customization request.

It may happen, following a report from the Stripe or PayPal platform, a financial institution, or based on a discretionary evaluation by Revesto or the artist, that you may be asked to provide a copy of your identification document or a phone contact, in order to verify your identity as a buyer and prevent potential online fraud. You are free to choose whether to accept this request or not. However, Revesto’s decision to proceed with the sale — whether or not the document is provided — is discretionary and cannot be contested.

The submission of such documentation will be handled in accordance with the privacy regulations set forth by the GDPR (EU Regulation no. 2016/679).

CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ARTIST AND FINAL CUSTOMER

Revesto is a platform that connects independent artists and final customers for the promotion, customization, and sale of handcrafted and creative products. For every transaction completed through Revesto, the sales contract is concluded directly between the artist and the final customer.

Revesto does not act as a seller and assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the product or for the fulfillment of tax obligations related to the sale.

Artists are responsible for issuing receipts or invoices in accordance with the tax regulations of their country of residence, and the data provided during checkout will be transmitted to the artist in a confidential manner and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling their tax obligations. By completing the order, the customer agrees to the transmission of their personal data to the artist for this purpose.

PRODUCT

The products sold by sellers through the Revesto-owned website are new or refurbished, unless otherwise specifically stated by the artist.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICY

Sales Between Private Users

Transactions concluded on the Revesto platform take place between users who qualify as private individuals under the applicable law. In such cases, the provisions on the right of withdrawal set out in Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), which apply exclusively to relationships between professionals and consumers, do not apply.

Therefore, in contracts between private individuals mediated by Revesto, the purchasing user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling.

Exclusion of Withdrawal for Customized Products

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter (c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for contracts concerning:

“the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Consequently, even in the presence of a seller qualified as a professional, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been personalized at the user’s request or made to measure according to the specifications agreed between the parties.

Withdrawal from Non-Customized Sales by Professional Sellers

If the seller is a professional or a registered brand and the purchased product is neither customized nor made to measure, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

However, Revesto offers a simplified procedure if the user communicates the intention to withdraw within 48 hours of the purchase, using one of the following methods:

  • opening a request directly from the order area;

  • sending an email to: support@revesto.it, specifying the order number.

In such cases, Revesto will issue a full refund of the amount paid, excluding the shipping costs incurred and to be incurred, which shall remain the responsibility of the purchasing user.

The item must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging, and without signs of tampering. The refund will be issued upon successful verification by the seller.

If the withdrawal request is submitted after the 48-hour period, Revesto shall no longer be responsible for handling the refund, having already transferred the amount to the seller. In such case, the return process shall be subject to an agreement between the parties, and any refund will be equal to the paid amount, minus the commission retained by Revesto and any shipping costs.

Damaged or Non-Compliant Products

In the event of receiving a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product (with respect to the description provided on the platform), the user may submit a complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, using one of the following methods:

  • opening a request via the order area;

  • sending an email to support@revesto.it, including:

    • a detailed description of the issue;

    • photos of the product and packaging;

    • the order number.

In such cases, Revesto reserves the right to initiate a mediation process between the user and the seller, in order to facilitate an amicable resolution of the dispute. Return and refund shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the seller, unless the complaint proves unfounded.

Refund Methods

If the refund is handled by Revesto, it will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the confirmation of the return acceptance.

If the refund is handled directly by the artist or seller (e.g., for requests submitted after the funds have already been transferred), it may be issued using a payment method agreed upon by the parties.

Support Clause

Revesto commits, within reasonable limits, to facilitating dialogue between buyer and seller in the event of disputes relating to returns or refunds, without however assuming any direct responsibility for the successful outcome of negotiations in cases where the platform is not formally a party to the contractual relationship between the parties.

OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS AND RISK

Ownership of the products remains with the seller until full payment of the order price has been received from the buyer, including any costs and additional charges (taxes, possible authentication fees, shipping costs, including customs duties, and any other applicable charges). The transfer of risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer at the time of receipt of the product by the buyer or by a third party designated by the buyer. Consequently, the buyer shall bear all risks of damage to the product after delivery.

PRODUCTS NOT CONFORMING TO THE DESCRIPTION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE

Please note that Revesto’s involvement in managing requests or complaints regarding purchases from commercial sellers is solely aimed at facilitating the process and avoiding legal proceedings whenever possible. However, such involvement does not imply that Revesto is considered a contractual party to the sale.

If the product is only partially compliant with the description on the product page, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify the seller of the defects or discrepancies found. The buyer shall have 48 hours to report any non-conformity by clicking the appropriate button on the platform or to report a problem related to the sale or the personalization service. In the latter case, Revesto will receive the report through the App and will verify the issue by communicating via email with both the artist and the user, making every effort to mediate a resolution. If non-conformity is confirmed, the seller is required to refund the amounts paid by the buyer.

It is understood that Revesto remains uninvolved in the relationship between buyer and seller, and therefore any dispute must be resolved exclusively between artist and user, with Revesto being held harmless from any liability.

If the products do not match the description provided by the seller on the product page, or if they are counterfeit or their sale is prohibited, Revesto will cancel the transaction within 48 hours, and the seller will issue a refund to the buyer. Under no circumstances can Revesto be held liable for not intervening and/or not being aware of any counterfeits or non-conformities.

In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the buyer will receive a monetary refund, which will be credited to the original payment method used. In the case of partial cancellation, where possible, only the portion of the order subject to cancellation will be refunded, according to the methods described above.

In any case, the commission owed by the artist to Revesto for the transaction shall remain due and will be retained by Revesto. Under no circumstances may the artist request a refund of the commission from Revesto, even in the event of withdrawal, non-conformity, or for any other reason for order cancellation.

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT LISTINGS AND SALE APPROVAL

Any user with a valid Revesto account is permitted to list a product for sale on the marketplace, acting either as an artist or as a buyer.

Revesto reserves the right not to publish, or to cancel the publication of, any product offer for the following reasons:

  • The product is prohibited under Revesto’s Terms of Use, violates public morality, or is illegal under applicable laws, regulations, or contractual terms. This includes counterfeit products or items sold in violation of exclusive or selective distribution agreements;

  • There is an error in the product description included on the product page;

  • The seller’s account is suspended or deleted for any reason;

  • The product has already been sold;

  • The product does not meet the platform’s core values: uniqueness, craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality.

EFFECTS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Revesto is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers and offers complementary services to facilitate transactions. As such, Revesto is not a party to the sales contract and has no responsibility in relation to the proper execution of the contract or to any obligations arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including the return of goods and reimbursement of the purchase price, which remain the sole responsibility of the seller and the buyer.

DELAYED OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If the buyer does not receive the product within 30 days of placing the order, they may cancel the transaction, provided that, in the case of personalized products, no longer production time was contractually agreed upon.

The seller shall refund the buyer within 15 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice from the buyer.

If the buyer receives the product after canceling the transaction, they must return it. The seller shall still be required to refund the full price, including initial shipping costs (if the entire order is returned) and return shipping, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product in its original, undamaged condition.

Returns must comply with the conditions outlined in the relevant section above.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be issued to the credit card, PayPal, or Stripe account used by the buyer.
If Revesto determines that a cancellation or refund request was made fraudulently, the refund may be withheld. In the case of partial cancellations, only the affected portion of the order will be refunded.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery;

  • Supply of goods that have been custom-made or clearly personalized;

  • Supply of goods from which the original tag or label has been removed;

  • Supply of perishable goods or items likely to expire rapidly.

Revesto assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during transport. The seller may refuse a return if the products are damaged, incomplete, or altered, or may withhold part of the refund as compensation for any damages occurring after delivery.

The buyer shall also be liable for any decrease in product value due to improper use, handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item, or for damage caused by negligence or unauthorized modification.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices include applicable VAT, as required by law.

Product availability is shown on the product page. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and non-binding.
Once the order is placed, you will be notified by email if any items are unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may show an incorrect price. We will verify prices during order processing and shipping.
If the correct price is higher, you will be contacted to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order. If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product.

CUSTOMS AND SALE OF IMPORTED PRODUCTS INTO THE EEA

If goods are delivered outside of Italy, the buyer may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are payable once the parcel reaches the destination. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Revesto has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Please also note: when ordering from Revesto, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. Deliveries across borders may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.

Revesto reserves the right to require documentation from sellers located outside the EEA, proving authorization to sell products protected by intellectual property rights.
Failure to provide such documentation may result in the cancellation of the transaction and suspension of the seller’s account.

SALE OR PROMOTION OF COUNTERFEIT OR PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

Revesto is committed to preventing the sale of counterfeit goods and protecting both consumers and rights holders.

We undertake all reasonable efforts to prevent users from offering counterfeit or unauthorized goods on the platform. This includes items violating applicable laws, third-party rights, or resale agreements.

Sellers warrant that their products are authentic and that their sale is lawful. If a product is found to be counterfeit or prohibited, the transaction will be canceled, and the seller will be required to refund the buyer.

Counterfeit goods may be seized by authorities or the rights holder. The seller will bear the risk and cost of recovery. In such cases, the seller may not reclaim the product, and Revesto will retain its commission.

In case of doubt regarding a product’s authenticity, Revesto may request documentation from the seller and suspend their account until proper verification is provided.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, with express exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

You and Revesto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the country of your residence, and you may benefit from any mandatory consumer protections under your national law.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time to reflect new products or changes in legal requirements.
You will be subject to the terms in effect at the time you place your order, unless legal changes require otherwise.
If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

WAIVER

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no immediate action, we still retain the right to take legal action for that or any future breach.

MINORS

Revesto does not sell products to minors. Products for children may only be purchased by adults.
If you are under 18, you may use Revesto’s services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
